Hi' I am Erica Bondy
I earned my both my Bachelor’s degree and Master of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University. I am a North Carolina licensed speech-language pathologist and hold my certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). I have completed coursework and an exam for a specialty in Orofacial Myology and am a QOM-Track Candidate.
I have served in a variety preschool, elementary school, and private practice settings. I work with clients with a range of speech-language delays and disorders, articulation difficulties, orofacial myofunctional (Myo) disorders, fluency disorders, phonological awareness challenges, hearing impairment, and auditory processing difficulties. I enjoy working with children of all ages and their families. I focus on empowering parents to actively assist speech, language, and communication strategies throughout their child’s daily environments.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three boys and being outdoors. I engage in active sports including skiing, mountain biking, & hiking.
